Kim Nusbaum is an associate at MDC and has a broad practice covering all aspects of workplace law, including discipline and terminations, employment standards, human rights, contracts, unjust dismissals, departing employee obligations, workplace policies, injunctions, and general strategic advice. Kim originally joined the Firm’s Toronto office but has recently relocated to her hometown of Victoria, BC to start MDC’s newest Victoria office. Kim received her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. She is called to bar in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
